This page describes how the cafesinn.com.br website collects and uses data through cookies. It does not apply to the Café com Água and Coffee Codex mobile apps, which have their own policies.

1. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with the content. Google Analytics collects anonymous and aggregated information through cookies.

1.1 Consent Mode v2

We implement Google's Consent Mode v2. This means that before you even interact with the cookie banner, all tracking cookies are blocked by default (analytics_storage: denied). Data collection is only activated if you click "Accept", when the state is updated to granted. This approach respects your privacy from the very first page load.

2. Cookies Used

• _ga — used to distinguish anonymous users. Validity: 2 years.
• _ga_<ID> — used to maintain session state. Validity: 2 years.
• _gid — used to distinguish anonymous users. Validity: 24 hours.
• cookie_consent — stored in the browser (localStorage) to save your consent preference. This is functional data essential for the cookie notice to work.

No cookies are used for advertising, cross-site tracking or non-essential purposes.

2.1 Tracked events

In addition to page views, Google Analytics records the following anonymous events when you interact with the website:

• scroll_depth — reading depth (25%, 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%) to understand content engagement.
• outbound_click — clicks on external links (social media, partners).
• app_store_click — clicks on Google Play download buttons.
• contact_click — clicks on the contact email link.

These events are anonymous and do not store personally identifiable data.

3. Data Collected

Google Analytics collects: pages visited, time spent, traffic source, device type, browser and approximate location (city level).

We do not collect: name, email, CPF, address or any personally identifiable data through the website.

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). The Google Analytics cookie is only activated after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice shown on your first visit. You may revoke or change your consent at any time.

5. How to Control

When visiting the website for the first time, a banner will ask if you accept cookies. Your choice is saved in the browser. You can:

• Accept: allows anonymous data collection by Google Analytics.
• Decline: blocks all tracking cookies. No data will be sent.

To reset your choice, simply clear your browsing data and reload the website.

6. Sharing

Data is processed by Google LLC, which may transfer it to servers in the United States and other countries. Google follows its own Privacy Policy to handle this data.
